An admission fee of R1000 will be required for new applications.
All current students will have to re-register every year (no admission fees payable).

Discounts

  1. 5% discount if College fees paid in full for the whole year in advance
  2.  2 or more Students in the College – R 600 discount per month or R6 600 per year.    
  3. College Fees are payable from January till November. (11 MONTHS ONLY)
  4.  All Professional Training is optional and charged at an extra cost as follows:
    • Music School: R 80 per lesson
    • Swim School: R 850 per term (incl transport to Olympic Pool)     

Payment Method

College Fees: Direct Bank Deposit, EFT or Online Banking or Cash.
Uniform: Same as for College Fees. However, Card machine payment is preferred, however Eft payments are also accepted.

SPS Late Collection Penalty

The Following Late-Collection Penalty will be payable after 17:00
17:00 to 17:15 = R60
17:15 to 17:30 = R120
After 17:30 = R 240 

*For half day students: Late collection of R30 payable after 14:30 for every 15 minutes.

Please use your child’s name and grade as a reference when making deposits into the College’s Bank Acc. Please also state what the payment is for (School fees, uniform, swim, music, aftercare)

College Uniform

  • College Uniform is compulsary for ALL Students.
  • College Uniform includes printing of College Logo and Slogan.
  • FORMAL attire is compulsory from Monday to Friday. During sporting periods white or navy shorts and a white or navy t-shirt is compulsory. The school tracksuits can only be used during sports period after school.

College Fee Contract

  • NO student will be allowed to re-register for the next year unless the previous year’s College Fees were paid in full.
  • NO students will be allowed back into the College unless the previous term College Fees were settled in full.
  • NO Term end reports will be made available unless College Fees are up to date by the end of each term.

College Fee Deposit

Lunch Boxes

Children must bring their own healthy lunch boxes when it is time for refreshments.
Extra lunch boxes will be required for Aftercare or Extracurricular activities. (Parents TO use their discretion).
There is a daily Tuck Shop at the College that caters for snacks, light meals and refreshments.

Security

All parents, relatives or chauffeurs must sign students out in the afternoon.
No student will be allowed to be picked-up by any person that is not known to us.

All students are required to clock in and out via a biometric finger reader. 

The College is covered by MI7 Security services.

Private College

Ambassadors’ College is a Private College registered with ISASA, which adds to the style and prestige of the College.
Ambassadors’ College is governed by the ethos and rules of ISASA .

Ambassadors ‘College has its own Governing Body that governs the future and direction of this Educational Institution.

Drop-off zone is secured at 133 Church Street, Pietermaritzburg.

Entrance through Security Office and Reception area.
